The Morro Jable Lighthouse came into service in 1996 and is still active today. It stands next to the beach and the salt marsh.
It was conceived as a unique lighthouse, which should serve as a landmark and a reference in its surroundings, in the style of the old English lighthouses.
Its height is 60 meters.
