It is a grain mill to obtain flour that moves by human or animal traction, be it a donkey or a camel. In Pájara, currently only this building remains standing, of which there were several in the past. It is located at the end of Calle de Los Geranios, protected by a stone and adobe building next to which there is also a watering hole and a rest area for animals.
